Coleen Crouch, Ph.D. is our certified Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt and has focused much of her career on gathering and analyzing primary and secondary research data in support of a variety of projects. As a Lead Research Associate for the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Ms. Crouch conducted quantitative data analysis using SPSS and qualitative analysis with QSR’s NVivo. In collaboration with clients’ needs she conducts literature reviews, sets up data collections, and maintains official protocol records. She leads interviews and focus groups, prepares papers, posters, and briefs for client audiences and scientific conferences. Ms. Crouch uses continuous process improvement techniques at client sites using Lean-Six Sigma principles. As our Senior Operations Research Statistical Analyst, Ms. Crouch conducts extensive research through staff interviews and audits, and identifies ineffective procedures. With a Master’s degree in I/O Psychology (Consumer/Industrial Research) from Cleveland State University and a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University, she earned her Lean Six Sigma Black Belt credentials from Villanova University, Villanova, PA.
